Two updates: According to caregivers at the Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley, the great horned owl that was snagged on barbed wire is doing amazingly well, and the red-shouldered hawk that got snagged in the fork of a tree limb in August is still in recovery but looking better, and was recently moved to an outdoor flight aviary. Many thanks to WCSV for providing expert care for wildlife in need!!!
